Job Description
Do you love to swim?! Pengu Swim School may be the place for you! Pengu Swim School is looking for active, energetic, and highly accountable people to fill our Front Desk Customer Service position. The position is available in multiple locations including Houston-Central, Katy (Cinco Ranch), Sugar Land (Riverstone), and our newest location, Cypress (Towne Lake). The Front Desk position is responsible for maintaining positive communication with customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Provides customer service to customers
-Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up with customers
-Ensures full customer satisfaction
-Maintains friendly, helpful demeanor
-Provides information regarding policies and procedures, terms and programs relating to service area for customers
-Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to the service area
-Refers to appropriate person or department as needed, and/or arranges for service
-Tracks problem status until resolution is achieved
-Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request
-Uses information systems to input data, maintains databases
-Verifies contracts or forms for completeness and accuracy of information
-Updates and maintains all necessary records and/or logs
-Represents department to outside customers
-Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
-Operating our online scheduling software
-General facility cleaning including cleaning of dressing rooms and maintaining a presentable and clean lobby area.
Job Qualifications:
-Minimum Education: High School or equivalent combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
-Minimum Experience: 1-year combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience
-Preferred Experience: 2-years
