- Perform assessments, set up care plans for clients, collaborate with a remote team in a teamwork-oriented atmosphere, network and build relationships with other local agencies, communicate with families, and foster relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in office coordination or related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
