Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers via telephone and email concerning orders, returns, shipments, and products and will function as a central point of contact for the coordination of potential and existing customers’ requirements and expectations.
Reports to: Customer Experience Manager
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide potential and existing clients with exceptional services by identifying customer needs, responding to customer queries, and acting as a liaison between customers, design, sales, and shipping.
- Meet with potential and existing clients.
- Field leads and appropriately handle sales.
- Process all customer orders.
- Confirm all customer orders, report to team, and update internal documents to guarantee accurate flow to production.
- Request items used to validate packaging for upcoming production runs.
- Develop estimates for quoting purposes.
- Communicate forecasted timeline for delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory to verify on time delivery.
- Resolve client questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Strives to create a great customer experience by building a rapport with customers, being reliable, focused on listening, and responding in a timely manner.
- Direct visitors to the facility to the appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type:
Full-time / In-Office
Monday - Friday 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Great organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- A high degree of professionalism.
- Strong collaborative, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Starting Pay: $45,000 – 50,000.00 (based on experience)
