What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assembler position at Penmac Staffing?
Penmac Staffing is now hiring a Production Assembler for a local company. The ideal candidate must be able to be a team player and have the ability to multitask with detailed duties. This is a full-time position with no more than 44 hours per week. This position is Monday-Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm with mandatory overtime as needed throughout the week and/or on Friday. The average pay will start at $14.50 per hour.

Duties:
- Reading ruler to measure with 6’ ruler, down to 1/32 of an inch
- Working with small parts
- Using multiple tools for assembling small parts
- Intensive repetitive motion with hands
- Must have a good work history with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions
- Must have the ability to complete tasks quickly and effectively
- Must possess detailed measuring skills, be attentive and be very organized
- Must be able to work overtime if required
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
