PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of our Marketing team. As the Digital Marketing Manager at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Build, implement, execute and maintain the company’s digital marketing strategy, including website and app building and maintenance, marketing automation and CRM integration, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, Account Based Marketing (ABM) and inbound marketing.
- Work with internal and external teams to optimize the marketing tech stack, including marketing automation & account-based marketing platforms, CRM applications and other technologies to ensure streamlined functionality to support Marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with creative and digital agencies to build, implement, and launch digital resources such as websites, microsites, interactive tools and apps.
- Maintain and manage updates to the company’s websites via CRM, its marketing automation platforms, and other digital tools and resources as needed.
- Build, execute and maintain the company’s search (SEO/SEM) strategy and presence to drive qualified and relevant visitors to our web properties.
- Work closely with cross functional global teams to recommend digital marketing strategies for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives to meet and exceed agreed-upon metrics.
- Continuously measure, report, and make recommendations regarding how to improve the effectiveness of existing strategies, campaigns, tactics, and technologies to maximize the success of the company’s digital marketing efforts.
- Research and evaluate new and upcoming digital marketing technologies and proactively recommend when to pilot or implement those identified as applicable.
