We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rental Manager to oversee our rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service. The Rental Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering positive relationships with customers. CDL class A license preferred but not required.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of rental operations, including customer inquiries and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements and ensure timely data entry into the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and ensure all equipment is ready for rental.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for increasing rental revenue.
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure favorable agreements while maintaining company standards.
- Utilize software such as Word and Excel to create reports, manage data, and track inventory levels.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when communicating with clients and vendors.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a rental management or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent public speaking skills to represent the company at events or meetings.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data management and reporting.
- Experience in sales management or customer service is highly desirable.
