Summary
The Home Health Operations Manager is responsible for directing and managing the clinical services for the Home Health & Hospice Programs in assigned geographic area ensuring that patient care is initiated timely, follows standards of clinical practice, and documentation is compliant and entered appropriately in the medical record/EMR. The Home Health Operations Manager provides administrative oversight to hire, train, and evaluate performance and competency of staff while monitoring productivity, efficient processes, and optimal reimbursement. The Operations Manager serves as the Administrator for Home Health & Hospice agencies for the purpose of the PA State Department of Health and has overall responsibility for daily operations for Home Health & Hospice.
Qualifications
Education: 3- 5 years RN (Registered Nurse), Bachelor’s Degree or Master Health Admin or Physical Therapist (MPT or DPT)
Experience: 3-5 years of leadership and/or progressive management experience with at least 3 years Home Health experience
