Position Summary
Provides support in collecting, organizing, storing and retrieving Medical Records for Home Health & Hospice. The primary responsibilities will be maintaining system information through data entry and various processes involving patients’ medical information. This position will use various technologies and medical records systems used in collecting and filing patients’ medical information.
Essential Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Experience: Six months to one year of relevant experience or training
Required skills: Strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Skills: medical office experience
