Qualifications
- Associates Degree in healthcare related field (required), Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- At least one year of experience in patient care or population health is required.
- Two years of experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality measures, i.e. HEDIS, NCQA, NQF, etc. Computer skills to include use of EMR Systems and Microsoft products Excel and Word.
