Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as intake point for departmental deliveries.
- Greet visitors, provide information, and refer as appropriate.
- Support admin team meeting scheduling function.
- Provide event support for group meetings and events in support of the ISC VP’s Office, such as venue reservations, set-up and break down, catering, AV & technical requirements, signage, displays, transportation, special needs requirements and other event support.
- Provide pre and post event on-site event support to ensure facilities meet staff requirements/expectations.
- Maintain breakrooms: this includes daily stocking of 4 break rooms and monitoring snack supply inventory levels.
- High School diploma plus 2 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player
- Proficiency in calendar management with Outlook is a must.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Teams & MS Teams Forms is preferred.
