Job: Laundry Worker
Hours: 06:00AM-2:30PM Every other weekend, Every other holiday
Department:Environmental Services (Laundry)
Location: Plainsboro, NJ
Summary:
- Assist Manager/ Director in maintaining the highest standards in regards to customer service and safety. Provide linen delivery to all Medical Center areas. Maintain linen delivery logs.
Responsibilities:
- Follows and adheres to all Infection Control standards. Performs random weight checks on delivered linen from outside vendor. Pack carts with appropriate linen to meet PAR levels. Delivers linen to patient floors daily. Deliver linen to outpatient areas by scheduled time or as needed.
Credentials:
Education or Equivalent Experience: High School Diploma
