Job Summary
The President/Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for driving the organization's vision and values, ensuring its continued financial health, outstanding service, and strong community presence. Key responsibilities include establishing and executing major goals and objectives, interpreting and implementing policies, and developing and maintaining an effective organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a passion for the industry, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree. At least ten years of progressive experience in the industry, including five years as a senior executive in a financial institution, is required.
