SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Systems Analyst Senior on the Pharmacy Informatics Team will focus on the support of Pharmacy or medication specific applications. In addition, the position will support specific needs in relation to the Penn State Health EMR solutions. Prior pharmacy experience preferred. Example areas of focus include:

- Support for Pharmacy applications used throughout the health system
- EHR integration and testing for assigned applications
- Upgrade projects for assigned applications, including project management where necessary
- Vendor relations
- Cyber Security Risk Assessments for assigned applications
- Pharmacy charge reconciliation
- User support to include on-call support
- Either: (a) Bachelor ' s degree plus four additional years of related experience or (b) eight years total of related experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one area of information technology and a solid working knowledge of several areas of information technology required.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office required.
