Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a General Manager. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the restaurant, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and guest service.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial goals, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance overall restaurant performance.
- Manage the recruiting, training, and mentoring staff members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of fast-casual restaurant operations, including inventory management and scheduling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
