A well-established residential developer located near Lancaster, PA is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Over the past 30 years this company has delivered over 5,000 homes throughout their neighborhoods across Pennsylvania. This position requires at least five years of experience in the practice of real estate law, with an emphasis on real estate development. In this role you will use your skills, honed during your experience as a real estate attorney, to identify and solve multidimensional problems prevalent in real estate development. This position is responsible for leading a cross-functional team of engineers, attorneys, planners, consultants and financial analysts to deliver new neighborhoods on schedule, on budget, and to plan. As such, you will have access to all facets of the company's real estate development portfolio, from the initial identification and due diligence associated with new land opportunities, to planning, neighborhood design, entitling the real estate, and siteworks. Candidates should be comfortable attending and presenting at public meetings, with experience in obtaining approvals from governmental bodies and other regulatory agencies. Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations affecting real estate development (, zoning subdivision and land development, stormwater, environmental permitting, and building permits) is also preferred.
