About the Opportunity
">The CEO-In-Training (CIT) program is a unique opportunity for proven leaders to develop their skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. The program runs approximately 6-12 weeks, depending on level of experience and industry knowledge.
CITs will receive practical on-the-job training in an operational environment under the direct supervision of an experienced Executive Director/CEO. They will also have access to mentorship from several proven leaders to gain a thorough understanding of our culture and core values.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Development of skills and knowledge through participation in quarterly Boot Camp training(s). ">

- Demonstration of an ability to give and receive feedback, acting within Pennant Group core values. ">
- Demonstration of an ability to act and lead within Pennant Group core values. ">
- Demonstration of an ability to perform competent financial controls and clinical controls. ">
- Gaining understanding of EHR systems and reports to improve operational efficiency. ">
Qualifications
">3-5 years proven leadership experience demonstrating successful results, required. Bachelor's Degree preferred - MBA/MHA a plus. Ability to pass state requires licensing exam (requirement varies by state).
