What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Pennant Solutions Group?
We are looking for a Sales Representative focused in the painting industry to provide on-site estimates to potential clients based on their desired scope of work and ultimately work to initiate an agreement to perform business. This person should help identify additional problem areas and offer solutions. Most importantly, they should be able to follow up with prospects, identify and overcome objections, and provide an explementary experience.
What are we looking for:
- Great communication/soft skills
- Strong Active Listening. You are a problem solver
- Organizational skills: Need to be extremely organized in updating sales sheet, keep track of follow ups, etc.
- Basic knowledge of painting or construction is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to learn/train is required - must be coachable!
Primary Duties:
- Perform On-Site Estimates
- Attend weekly Leadership/Team Meetings
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients as they navigate through the sales process
- Represent the company in an explementary manner on and off the job
- Assist the owner/manager in strategic planning and tracking of marketing efforts
- Follow systems to maximize profitability, customer experience, and efficiency
