PennComp is a leading Managed Service Provider based in Houston, Texas, dedicated to delivering top-tier IT solutions and services to small and medium businesses. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
As the Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for new business development from lead generation to setting the in-person appointment. Working closely with account managers and your sales team, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Pipeline : Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting activities, and opportunity qualification through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Appointment Setting : Build relationships and rapport with prospective clients up to setting the first qualified appointment with the Senior Sales Team.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying prospective clients’ needs and opportunities while promoting our comprehensive range of IT services.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Managed IT Services space. Leverage this knowledge to position our services effectively and differentiate us from competitors.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using HubSpot.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their specific IT needs.
- Networking : Participate in networking events and / or industry conferences to expand our professional network and generate business opportunities.
- Sales Meetings : Attend weekly sales meetings and provide team updates on lead generation activities and pipeline health.
