Responsible for designing efficient solutions for healthcare claims.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document system processes, workflows, and functionalities.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in claims processing within QNXT and/or Facets platforms.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot claims-related functionalities and integrations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to optimize claims operations.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and functionalities.
- Conduct thorough testing of claims systems to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate defect resolution processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT developers, and quality assurance teams.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to address system-related issues and requirements.
- Proven experience 8 years as a Business Systems Analyst in a healthcare environment, specifically focusing on claims management.
- In-depth knowledge of QNXT and/or Facets claims systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in documenting business processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
