Pennings & Sons is seeking an experienced Sales professional with 5 to 10 years of residential construction experience. You will drive sales goals by helping identify and present to clients that will benefit from our detail-oriented process of helping homeowners love where they live.

- Lead, Manage and hold Accountable Sales Team
- Manage the Sales Process
- Promote Consistency and Improvement
- Analyze Sales Performance
- Maintain Client Relations
