Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Marketing Manager experience consistent, but not limited to :
- Work closely with Transportation Engineering team to formulate and implement marketing and business development strategies; identify key clients and pursuits; oversee regional business development and client relations; help forge relationships with consultants, contractors and other AE firms to enter new markets.
- Oversee development of proposals - writing, updating resumes and project descriptions, when needed, updating resumes and reviewing, QA / QC of proposals.
- Oversee development of client presentations and marketing material.
- Client market research, including capital programs and regional plans; lead tracking and researching new opportunities.
- Development of Transportation Business Development Plans.
- Participate in Transportation services growth strategy.
- Pre-Conference / trade show coordination and preparation, including researching and meeting new clients as well as existing clients and teaming partners.
- Attend conferences and perform post-conference follow-up.
- Establish Best Marketing Practices for the group.
- Some travel required.
