Title : Secretary - Accounting / Financial for Student Services Department
Reports to : Director of Student Services
Available : 7 / 1 / 2025
Terms of Employment : $23.43 / hour after 60 day probationary period accordance with PESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Description : To ensure that the financial records, billing, reports, and payments are maintained for the Department of Student Services. Keep track of homebound documentation, submit for billing and enter on state website. Strong organizational, secretarial, communication & interpersonal skills; must possess strong Microsoft office and computer skills; maintenance of confidentiality a must; prior experience in an educational setting preferred. High school diploma required / Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
