Job Details
Title: Skilled Maintenance HVAC Technician
Reports to: Assistant Director of Operations
Available: ASAP
Terms of Employment: M-F 7am-3:30 pm
Salary $26.57/hour post 60 day probationary period ($23.91/hr during probationary period) per the PESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement
Description:
Trade school diploma or equivalent and five years experience in a similar position. Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair the following: HVAC systems; including boilers, pumps, air handlers, rooftop units and exhaust fans; Familiar with building codes, ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics; Skilled in using hand tools, power tools and test equipment.
Pre-Employment Paperwork Requirements: Must possess High School Dipoloma or GED equivalent
PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
- School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
- PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
