Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to take initiative, and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our membership services, communication efforts, and benefit administration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering telephones, emails and handling correspondence
· Open and distribute incoming mail
· Membership processing and updating records
· Support membership outreach efforts
· Coordinate scheduling and tracking registration forms for presentations and seminars
· Assist with researching and securing member benefits
· Assist the Member Benefit & Services Associate with benefit processing and audit logs as needed
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
· Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information with discretion.
