Project Administrative Assistant Position
Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association (PCA) Location: Harrisburg, PA
Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week, with the potential to transition to full-time by year-end)
Work Environment: Hybrid (2 in-office days: Tuesday & Thursday; 3 remote days per week)

What We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Operations
- Be the first point of contact through phone and email, delivering exceptional member support.
- Perform general office duties, including mail, filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining office spaces.
- Assist with managing meeting invitations and scheduling.
Communications & Social Media
- Collaborate with strategic business partners to ensure timely monthly messaging and delivery of promotions.
- Monitor PCA’s social media accounts to ensure content is engaging, appropriate, and aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Create and distribute communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and video messages.
Conference & Event Support
- Assist with planning and logistics for PCA’s annual conference and other events (2-4 live events annually).
- Help with event setup and provided on-site support to ensure smooth execution.
Accounting & Administrative Support
- Assist with accounting tasks, including organizing records and supporting financial processes.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of Strategic Business Partner deliverables.
AI Tools & Technology
- Demonstrate a willingness to explore and learn new AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in incorporating technology solutions into PCA’s workflows for improved member engagement and operational success.
What You Bring
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Canva, and association management systems (AMS).
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar website management tools.
- Quick to learn new technologies and processes, including AI tools.

Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: 20-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with some weekend work required (advance notice provided).
