- Must have one of the following:
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Education and a minimum of 1 year full time experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults OR completed a clinical or mental health practicum
- License - LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, BSL or BCBA OR
- Master's degree in ABA
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI Criminal Background Check completed through the Department of Human Services

Pennsylvania Counseling Services is seeking a full time IBHS Program Supervisor and IBHS Clinician for our Children's Services office!
This is a leadership position in the IBHS program overseeing the administrative aspects of the program while also maintaining a small IBHS caseload. The IBHS program is for children who need individual therapeutic assistance. The goal of IBHS is to provide a comprehensive, individualized and behaviorally focused treatment that assists children in discovering their potential in the home, school and community.
Main duties for the position will include but are not limited to:
- Orient new staff to company policy and procedures
- Maintaining program order for licensing purposes at all times
- Maintain day to day administrative operations of the program
- Supervise/evaluate/assist with hiring for positions within your office
- Provide interagency meetings
- Oversee the processing of client intakes and discharges
- Assign cases to employees
- Maintain a small IBHS caseload (option of 5 or 10 client hours per week)
- Provide clinical direction of services for each client
- Create and update treatment plans, coordinate data collection and feedback
- Provide assistance with crisis stabilization
- Collaborate with other professionals
- Transfer skills to childs community supports and family
- Lead weekly supervision for the BHT's who provide more one on one interventions with each client on your caseload
- Help a child who is non-verbal to master communication of their wants and needs through picture cards
- Assist a child who struggles with peer interactions to become more socially engaged or helping a child who is failing his classes to stay focused and complete his school work
- Travel to homes and schools is required to provide treatment for clients
