Pennsylvania Counseling Services is seeking a full time IBHS Program Administrator for our Children's Services office!
This is a leadership position in the IBHS program overseeing the administrative aspects of the program. The IBHS program is for children who need individual therapeutic assistance. The goal of IBHS is to provide a comprehensive, individualized and behaviorally focused treatment that assists children in discovering their potential in the home, school and community.
Main duties for the position will include but are not limited to:
- Orient new staff to company policy and procedures
- Maintaining program order for licensing purposes at all times
- Maintain day to day administrative operations of the program
- Supervise/evaluate/assist with hiring for positions within your office
- Review and sign off on all treatment plans
- Provide interagency meetings
- Oversee the processing of client intakes and discharges
- Assign cases to employees
