Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication while answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and supporting customers and visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.
- Makes travel arrangements for road crews such as booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations.
- Takes customers’ orders and assists with scheduling production and delivery.
- Prepares paperwork for road crews and customer orders.
- Assists with basic accounting procedures such as statements and invoicing.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Salary range $24-$26/hour. Work hours are 7:00am – 3:00pm Monday through Friday.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 years of customer service and accounts receivable experience preferred
- Some basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Quickbooks
- Valid driver’s license and or valid state ID
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
