Description
This position is a split between assisting the Training Manager and the HR Coordinator/Recruiter. The duties of this employee include but are not limited to: administrative support of the training and human resources department, developing and facilitating phases of the recruitment process, assisting with onboarding process, assisting with developing orientation and new hire trainings, scheduling trainings, scheduling interviews, attending and participating in job fairs, documentation of completed trainings, maintaining employee files, conducting trainings, and other responsibilities as assigned.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, hands and arms, feel objects; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Requirements
Preferred qualifications include: High school diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft, recruiting experience, training experience, and attention to detail.
