Job Summary:
The Enhanced Care Management Regional Director (ECM Regional Director) is responsible for the operational success of the Enhanced Care Management Program at Penny Lane Centers. The ECM Regional Director provides coordination and oversight through on-going collaboration with other Penny Lane programs, outside community organizations, and regulatory agencies. The ECM Regional Director ensures that the care provided is consistent with the Penny Lane philosophy and meets the current standards for quality of care, medical necessity and outcome measurement as defined by the contracted Managed Care Plans and the Joint Commission. This individual is an innovative leader with strong program development skills with a background in community-based programming.
The ECM Regional Director is accountable for quality improvement and staff development and promotes appropriate and effective care through established monitoring systems, program revisions and professional staff growth. The ECM Regional Director promotes/coordinates the Enhanced Care Management program through attendance at county and regional meetings and trainings for system of care improvement.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree in related human services field (Sociology, Psychology, Social Work etc.) required.
- Master’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred (substitutes for two years of supervisory experience).
- Board of Behavioral Sciences License (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as a Program Manager in a behavioral health and/or child welfare field working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Experience in financial management, program development, personnel management, project management and quality management required.
- Advanced working knowledge of behavioral health field and community resources development and developmental diagnosis.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners towards a common goal.
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License, must have current automobile insurance and must maintain a clean driving record.
Position Location: North Hills, CA (Will require travel to Commerce, CA and Lancaster, CA).
Hybrid work schedule and service delivery via telehealth available.
Salary Range: $105,000 up to $121,239 per year
$5,000 per year Bilingual Spanish differential
