Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst provides complex business analysis and modeling relative to key statistical information and business performance metrics. As the Sr Business Analyst, you will actively participate in strategic department meetings and provide analytical insight to management to drive business strategy.

The Senior Business Analyst will:

• Gather business requirements, and interpret them into practical technical solutions
• Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment
• Create and maintain system and user documentation
• Coordinate and conduct testing
• Provide regular verbal and written reports to management and business community
• Create and maintain project plans
• Design and generate reports
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills a must
• Excellent organizational skills a must
• Experience with SQL
• Data analysis experience a plus
• Knowledge of report development (Excel and SSRS) 
• Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS
• Experience with Tableau a plus
• Must be highly proficient in Excel including creating pivots and vlookups
• Experience in building stored procedures, DML, and DDL scripts
• Experience in Loan Servicing and/or Loan Origination a plus

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. 

Salary : $68,000 - $115,000
