Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, detailed-oriented individual who has both excellent customer service skills and is experienced with employee management. Strong computer skills, problem solving, and multi-tasking abilities are a must! The Guest Services Specialist position will be based at our Navarre, FL office location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain guest relations
- Manage guest reservations
- Hold conversations regarding compensation with guests
- Communicate with other departments and vendors
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors
- Manage phone systems
- Cover the phone line
- Ensure quality control and timely responses
- Uphold the company core values and provide excellent customer service standards
