JOB SUMMARY
Preparing for and managing all clubhouse and team functions for the home or visitors’ clubhouses, as assigned

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining a safe and professional clubhouse
- Providing extensive and healthy meals within staff guidelines
- Packing and planning for all road trips
- Maintaining equipment and an equipment inventory
- Overseeing and insuring clubhouse security and maintenance
- 24 hour availability to all players and staff throughout the season
- Providing timely laundry needs for players and coaches
- Prepare and maintain budget for clubhouse operations
- Monitor clubhouse cleaning and personnel to assure top notch cleanliness and appearance
- In the event of absence of the other clubhouse’s manager, handle his/her tasks on an interim basis
- Other duties as assigned by coaches and management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of clubhouse management experience
- High level of integrity
- Strong people skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Technically proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
- Strong team work skills as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Being able to think outside the box
- Ability to attend company events
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
