Abeka Paper Testing Grader
The Paper Testing Grader processes paper testing student coursework, carefully documenting information, grades, and issues found in grading.
Grade Course Work
Process student course work by grading papers with at least 85% accuracy. Accurately document grades and other pertinent information where necessary.
Communicate with Customers
Communicate missing items or future needs from customers as well as able to articulate how to use the curriculum. Address concerns with submitted student work. Able to connect with customers via call projects such as call campaigns or other projects.
Assist Other Team Members
Facilitate communication that is clear and tactful with other Academic and Customer Service team members. Assist general graders by handling and resolving complex student work issues.
Assist with Office Duties
Happily works alongside team members while assisting with various additional office projects as assigned (grading, campaigns, emails, graduation, etc.). Adds to a positive work environment and contributes to increased productivity due to a willingness to cooperate with other team members. Helps team members feel included and shows genuine interest in others.
