Promotions Scheduling Coordinator
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible to oversee the schedulers in creating travel itineraries for College Representatives and Proclaim Ministry Teams. The Coordinator should ensure the accuracy and efficiency of travel plans, coordinate with clients, and maintain communications with all involved parties.
Direct Schedulers
Lead and direct any scheduling projects. Ensure that all schedules and itineraries are completed according to ministry procedures and by set deadlines.
Oversee the Travel Calendar
Organize information gathered from schedulers to assemble travel calendars. Ensure the smooth travel of all Representatives and Ministry teams by verifying the continuity of all travel details.
Coordinate with Clients
Evaluate and maintain client relationships. Assist in updating information regarding new client prospects or those requesting removal from the contact lists.
Manage Communications
Effectively communicate with clients, College Representatives, Proclaim Ministry Teams, and the Promotions Office Supervisor in order to accurately schedule representatives and ministry teams. Maintain a friendly, clear, and helpful tone when communicating.

College Degree, HS (Required)

1 years in business scheduling, 1 years in customer service
