Women's Assistant Dean
The Women's Assistant Dean supports the Dean of Women and Student Life staff, enforces the Code of Conduct as outlined in the Student Handbook, assists in supervising residence life, and meets with students for constructive conversation designed to facilitate correction and restoration. The Assistant Dean also performs various duties such as preparing documentation, coordinating conduct reviews, and chaperoning events.
Support the Dean of Women
Provide administrative support to the Dean of Women by communicating policy and answering questions. Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between the College and students / parents in a range of daily issues. Work with administration to plan, organize, and evaluate the mission, goals, programs, and services of the Student Life department.
Assist with Student Assimilation
Facilitate problem solving by guiding students and talking with faculty, staff, coaches, residence managers, and parents to provide excellent customer service. Assist in handling complaints and reviewing undergrad student conduct violations. Advise students on a range of social concerns and personal problems. Attend major events and activities to chaperone and interact as a positive role model to students.
Supervise Residence Life
Coach and collaborate with the residence hall leadership teams. Act as first point of contact for the Residence Manager and Assistant Residence Manager regarding situations such as missing students, medical / weather emergencies, parental phone calls, student personal crises, and management issues. Participate in building walk-throughs, weekly meetings, analyzing reports, hall meetings, prayer groups, lock-up, bed check, etc.
Assist with Office Duties
Prepare a variety of reports, letters, memos, and documentation. Coordinate the student judicial process including interviewing involved persons, presenting information to Judicial Review Committees, and communicating judicial decisions to students and parents. Review and make recommendations regarding ministry policies.

College Degree (Required), Master's Degree
Work Experience
1 years in PCC Student Life or similar, 2 years in PCC Student Life or similar
Physical Requirements and Skills
Analytical Thinking, Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, Interpersonal Relationships, Logical Thinking, Microsoft Office, Multitasking, Operating Office Equipment
