Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist. We are a local retail and industrial construction hardware supply.
Knowledge of the Epicor Eagle accounting system is a significant advantage to be considered. This position is an essential position in our daily operation.
Duties:
All accounts Payable duties
Processing of Purchase orders and invoices via Epicor Eagle purchasing and receiving software program.
Requirements of position:
- High School Diploma
- 1-year accounts payable experience
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
- Must speak clear English
- Must have good math and communication skills
- Must be very detail oriented, able to multi-task, adapt to ever changing priorities and stay organized.
- Must be able to start and finish tasks in a timely manner.
- Must have computer and typing skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 – 5:00 and every other Saturday – 7:30- 12:00
