Job Description :
The Foundation Facilities Coordinator works closely with the Foundation's Director of Finance and Office Operations and other team members as necessary. The Foundation Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance, use, repairs, and leasing of all foundation properties and classrooms. The Foundation Facilities Coordinator will have excellent communication skills to coordinate with coaches, students, contractors, and vendors. The Foundation Facilities Coordinator will have reliable transportation, a background in repair and maintenance, the ability to work independently to complete multiple tasks, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, transportation, and a flexible schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Facility Maintenance & Inspection :
- The responsibilities include conducting regular inspections and addressing maintenance needs of dorm buildings and leased properties, coordinating with maintenance staff and contractors for timely repairs, and ensuring the cleanliness of common areas.
Resident, Property Management, and Foundation Room Support & Communication :
Budgeting & Reporting :
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations. Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position. A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment.
Annual Salary : $39,500.00
