Day in the Life of a Vehicle Service Representative
The Vehicle Service Representative assists Honda Associates in scheduling automotive appointments, confirming completion of work, and reviewing repairs on motor vehicles.
Job type: Full-time
Location: Marysville, Ohio
Essential Job Functions:
- Schedule company and client owned vehicles for services and repairs
- Advise customers on cost for routine service items and repairs
- Open and close service repair orders
- Data entry for warranty claims to American Honda
- Maintain data in web-based systems for company vehicles
- Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs
- Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and collaboration
- Ensure parts are ordered for needed repairs
Position Requirements:
- Basic automotive knowledge desired
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
- Computer experience (Microsoft Office)
- Must wear steel toed shoes
Lifting Requirements 5-40 lbs
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
