Day in the Life of a Vehicle Service Coordinator
The Vehicle Service Representative assists Honda Associates in scheduling automotive appointments, confirming completion of work, and reviewing repairs on motor vehicles.
Job type: Full-time
Location: Marysville, Ohio
Essential Job Functions:
Schedule company and client owned vehicles for services and repairs
Advise customers on cost for routine service items and repairs
Open and close service repair orders
Data entry for warranty claims to American Honda
Maintain data in web-based systems for company vehicles
Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs
Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and collaboration
Ensure parts are ordered for needed repairs
Position Requirements:
Basic automotive knowledge desired
Must have good communication and customer service skills
Computer experience (Microsoft Office)
Must wear steel toed shoes
Lifting Requirements 5-40 lbs
Schedule:
8-hour day shift
Monday to Friday
