Description
The Vehicle Service Representative assists Honda Associates in scheduling automotive appointments, confirming completion of work, and reviewing repairs on motor vehicles.
Job type: Full-time
Location: Marysville, Ohio
Essential Job Functions:
- Schedule company and client owned vehicles for services and repairs
- Advise customers on cost for routine service items and repairs
- Book, close and sell service repair orders
- Daily cash management
- Data entry for warranty claims to American Honda
- Maintain data in web-based systems for company vehicles
- Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs
- Effectively communication with customers
- Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and collaboration
- Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations
- Engage in daily team communication to ensure parts are ordered for repair and proper expectations are set
Position Requirements:
- Must have valid drivers license
- Experience with CDK or AS400 a plus
- Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.)
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must wear steel toed shoes
Lifting Requirements 5-25 lbs
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
