The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT procurement, deep knowledge of IT products and services, and a proven track record of delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Category Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for IT spend, including hardware, software, cloud services, telecommunications, and professional services.
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and spend analytics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Align category strategies with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
- Supplier Management :
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for IT-related products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal performance, innovation, and value.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and business units, to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Cost Optimization :
