We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Early Careers to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will work closely with other Early Careers COE team members to support the Early Careers Internship and full-time Leadership Development Programs at Pentair. As the Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you will establish relationships with the Early Careers Team, business leaders and HR partners to help deliver recruiting initiatives and delivery of Pentair’s Early Careers Programs.
You will:
- Manages job postings: Collects all job postings for each campus recruiting season and ensures timely submissions to ATS, Handshake, and University Job Boards.
- Oversees logistics for campus events: Coordinates registration, campus kits, SWAG, and communication with campus representatives for all career fairs.
- Supports recruitment activities: Aids in planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment activities at universities, such as information sessions, career fairs, and engagement events. Manages interview logistics, including scheduling, interviewer coordination, and preparation of interview materials. Also, assists with the offer creation process.
- Oversees background checks: Monitors and manages the background check and drug testing process for all early career hires.
- Candidate Sourcing: supports the Campus Recruiters by sourcing candidates during high-volume recruitment seasons.
- Coordinates internship and development programs: Assists with internship and leadership development program planning, including welcome and onboarding gifts, event coordination for annual summit weeks, calendar management for program events, and supporting all other ad hoc Early Career COE events.
- Manages administrative tasks: Oversees the Early Careers inbox, calendar, and the Talent Acquisition Management P-Card. Ensures timely submission of monthly reconciliation reports.
- Assist with Ad Hoc projects for the Early Careers Center of Excellence.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) required.
- High attention to detail, problem solver, proactive, organized, strong time management and resourceful.
- Ability to build and leverage relationships to create alignment and accomplish goals.
- Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (creating complex interview schedules over multiple time zones)
- Physical requirements are standing, walking, and ability to lift up to 30lbs.
Compensation:
The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $27.00-$29.00. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
