We have an opportunity for a 2nd shift Warehouse Technician to join our North Aurora, IL team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory, and managing shipping/receiving operations. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of products within the warehouse and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

You will:

• Follow all documented safety rules and practices.
• Utilize spray gun to paint products.
• Use the proper lifting techniques both manually and with lift assist devices including overhead crane to move products.
• Perform daily Lean manufacturing 5S activities.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment, preferably in a coordination role.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Compensation:

The hourly rate is $26.13/hr.

Shift:

2nd Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

• The anticipated hourly pay for this role is $25.06/hr.
