What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Facilities Project Manager position at Pentangle Tech?
Scope of work would be executing facilities capital projects, working with outside vendors and internal facilities team.
Additionally, this could include supporting preventative maintenance development in the maintenance areas.
Type of capital projects would be new roofs on buildings, replacement HVAC systems, adding dust collection to existing facilities, adding high volume low velocity fans, concrete replacement, bathroom renovation projects etc.
This position would support both the Edgewater location and Flagler location and travel between the two facilities as need.
