The Maintenance and Avionics Estimator Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Maintenance and Avionics Estimator. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering maintenance and avionics proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and review estimates for maintenance and avionics work, ensuring accurate labor, materials, and outside services are accounted for.
- Collaborate with sales staff and Customer Liaison on scheduling, additional work requests, and technical issues to meet customer needs and adhere to company policies.
- Gain internal approval on quotations and work orders, coordinating delivery with salespeople and ensuring all required forms are delivered and signed.
- Develop forecasts and cost projections for Account Managers, providing valuable insights into financial results, internal controls, and process development.
- Take a leadership role in facilitating changes within the Maintenance department, driving projects with defined targets and timelines.
Requirements:
