Floral Designer Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Floral Design Manager to join our team. The Floral Design Manager will start off in an assistant position until they are ready to thrive on their own. This position is to be responsible for exciting multiple hands on installs including but not limited to: Chuppah installs, Arbor installs, Staircase installs, Chandelier installs, ETC. Managing fellow employees during events & in the floral studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and a keen eye for detail, with the experience of previous fast-paced event work environments. Impressive time management skills while also providing exceptional services to our customers is a definate plus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Executing multiple hands on installs including but not limited to: Chuppah installs, Arbor installs, Staircase installs, Chandelier installs, ETC.

-Managing inventory within our systems.

-Making sure proper shipments are delivered weekly.

-Managing fellow employees. .

- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of floral products, including flowers, plants, and greenery.

- Maintain a clean work enviornment while at event venues and in the floral studio.

- *Furthermore* A part-time Floral Design Assistant position is available for those with lesser experience.

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in a floral design environment, working with oasis and other flower products. Providing a portfolio is necessary.

- Wide knowledge of names of flowers and greenery.

- Experience with floral design and arrangement techniques.

- Knowledge with boutionere tape, waterproof floral tape, oasis, floral clippers, ETC.

- Ability to communicate and read in English.

- Experiance of previous fast-paced work environments. Impressive time management skills while also providing exceptional services to our customers is a definate plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
