Floral Designer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Floral Designers to join our team. Being a Floral Designer for P2PC, you will be responsible for executing multiple hands on installs including but not limited to: Chuppah installs, Arbor installs, Staircase installs, Chandelier installs, ETC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and a keen eye for detail, with the experiance of previous fast-paced event work environments. Impressive time management skills while also providing exceptional services to our customers is a definate plus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Executing multiple hands on installs including but not limited to: Chuppah installs, Arbor installs, Staircase installs, Chandelier installs, ETC.

- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of floral products, including flowers, plants, and greenery.

- Maintain a clean work enviornment while at event venues and in the floral studio.

- *Not Necessary* There are three types of positions available. One of which is a full-time Floral Design Assistant Manager position (Available for those with proven management experience.) Second, there is a part-time floral design position available. Third and lastly, we are seeking highly experienced floral freelancers.

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in a floral design environment for events, working with oasis and other flower products.

- Knowledge of names of flowers and greenery.

- Experience with floral design and arrangement techniques.

- Knowledge with boutionere tape, waterproof floral tape, oasis, floral clippers, ETC.

- Ability to communicate and read in English.

- Experiance of previous fast-paced work environments. Impressive time management skills while also providing exceptional services to our customers is a definate plus.

**Pay Ranges**
-$16-$18/HR: Some to no experience necessary/ MUST have a flexible weekend schedule. Eager to learn a variety of techniques. For this position you must be able to lift. This position's responsibilities will be cleaning florals, organization, manning inventory, assisting floral designers with daily tasks.

-$18-$24/HR: This position is offered as a full time position. Each candidate MUST have floral experience directed towards events. Candidates MUST be available to work weekends and have a vast knowledge of floral arranging & a high knowledge of floral/ greenery names.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
