We are excited to add another Payroll Specialist / Customer Service to our team! Our beautiful, spacious facility provides a safe and comfortable workspace. Our team enjoys being surrounded by great energy while providing exceptional services to our clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
PAYROLL PROCESSING:
- Provide timely and accurate Payroll services to our clients while focused on client satisfaction and retention.
- Process employee wages, benefits, taxes, calculations and compliance as needed.
- Receive and document any necessary approvals prior to processing any non-standard payments.
- Process, mail paychecks & reports.
- Follow up with existing clients.
- Maintain good customer relations with existing clients.
- Attention to detail.
DATA ENTRY:
- Uploads new employee information, program status updates, time sheet information, pay rate and compliance updates.
- Organize, secure and maintain client and employee files in accordance with local and cyber security policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with clients, client employees, and PEOPayGo team members to reach common goals.
- Resolve questions and requests regarding all thing’s payroll related.
- Mantain excellent relations with clients.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Seeking at least 3 years in accounting, bookkeeping or payroll experience (MUST)
- Seeking at least 3 years in a structured office environment.
- Seeking at least 3 years in customer service.
Top Candidates will possess skills including:
- Proficient typing skills (30 wpm)
- Be very familiar with Email programs (Front App)
- Will be Bilingual (English, Spanish) (MUST).
- Possess Excellent Organizational Skills
- Possess Excellent Time Managment Skills.
- Have an ability to remain task oriented and focused for long periods.
- Can always project a positive attitude!
DEAL BREAKERS:
- Will have proficient computer skills
- Will have Extensive knowledge on Microsoft programs (specifically excel)
- Can facilitate 8:30 am – 5:30 pm M-F Business hours

Salary: $49,800.00 - $59,000.00 per year
