People Architects is excited to partner with a precision machining services firm based in Solon, Ohio. We are seeking a highly experienced Large Part Programmer/Machinist for second shift.
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists with experience in Fanuc control and a solid understanding of modern CNC turning centers, including steady rest, tail stock, and G-code. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup and operation of 2 to 5-axis turning machines and 3 to 5-axis machining centers. Knowledge of tooling and basic program troubleshooting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines and machining centers.
- Ensure the proper configuration of tooling and machine parameters.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of programs and machining processes.
- Work on producing large, high-value, low-volume precision machined components (1 to 10 pieces).
